It’s simple! Jejetu lets you buy goods and services online for your loved ones back home, directly from your phone, tablet or computer – wherever you are in the world.

Just select the goods and/or services you want to buy on Jejetu, add the intended recipient’s details, and we’ll have the order available for collection at the Jejetu fulfilment centre in Kampala within 24 hours, or delivered straight to your recipients’ doorstep if they reside in the Kampala urban area.

Jejetu is there for anyone who lives abroad and who wants to support his/her loved ones back home. We give you peace of mind – you’re always sure that your loved ones get the things they really need.

You can use Jejetu wherever you are in the world! If you want to support loved ones and family, just go online with Jejetu on your phone, tablet or compute and select the goods and/or services you want for them – We’ll have it ready for collection or delivery in Kampala within 24 hours.

Absolutely! We’re constantly looking to improve our choice of products and more will be added continuously. If you have any products that you’d like to see on Jejetu, we’d be happy to know! Email us on products@jejetu.com and we’ll do our best to update our assortment of goods and services.

You’re the one in control and buying the goods directly you’ll always have peace of mind knowing that your loved ones get what they need.

PAYMENT & ORDERS

Jejetu supports all major credit cards, such as Visa and MasterCard, through Paypal. We’ll be adding more payment options soon, to make your payments as smooth as possible.

Once you’ve finished your order, it will normally be ready for collection or delivery in Kampala within 24 hours.

Once the order is ready for collection or delivery in Kampala, an SMS message will be sent both to you and to your recipient. [double check with Simon]
